La atención del personal, los detalles cuidados: no haces el check-in esperando sino que te llevan al bar a tomar un mojito, por ejemplo. La limpieza, el entorno y la comida también son súper destacables! Fue una escapadita perfecta.

Breve pero intenso

El entorno y el personal son 2 puntos a destacar de este hotel. Por nuestra parte tanto el personal de recepción como el personal del bar y el restaurante un 10. Hay que destacar la calidad del desayuno.

Desde mi punto de vista la cena se podría mejorar, no es que fuera mala pero tenía otras expectativas. Aunque no dejaría de recomendar el hotel por este punto. Como digo es una opinion personal.

Had an amazing and relaxing time.

- Room was very pretty - Breakfast - very friendly staff - Nice pool area - quiet and nice location - good facilities, liked the tennis court

It was very clean but cleaning the floor inbetween the days would have been nice as sometimes stuff fell on the floor that had to be cleaned. But overall cleaning service was very good and friendly

Peaceful, friendly and ideal for getting away.

Service is what makes a holiday and at the Pula suites resort the staff were exceptional. We enjoyed a very relaxing and friendly stay and we recommend Pula highly. The staff worked extremely hard, the chefs at the pool side restaurant, the cleaning team and the waiting staff at the restaurant. Having booked half board we did not even have to book a time for a table - which gave us totally flexibility. The dinner menu also changed a little each night and the food was excellent. Thank you again for a great holiday.

I only investigated the greenway behind the complex on the last evening - this is well worth a walk / run / explore during the stay.

Everything I wanted from the trip except for the airconditioning

Location, pool, staff.

Airconditioning did not work properly, causing the accommodation to be very warm. Having called it out to reception, they would send someone. Unfortunately they never followed up on it.

Peaceful countryside retreat

Pula Suites is far from the madding crowds, it is a quiet, small resort in the countryside with an exclusive feel to it. The frontline staff were really excellent; in particular the head waiter, Hans, who is extremely kind and attentive, Nati, who makes a great sangría and a fab nonalcoholic mojito and is very cheerful and friendly, Giovanni who gives great advice about the menu, Pep at the pool cafe is a real pro and Antonio welcomed us warmly on reception and saw that we had supper at the bar even though we arrived very late at night. They all work really hard, long hours and put in a big effort with a big smile.

The menu in the evenings was a bit hit and miss but Giovanni gives good advice! The pool area got a little busy towards the end of our stay, but the spa pool is always empty…
